We are recruiting!

The Medical Room (CES) Ltd delivers Multi-Vendor medical engineering services to NHS and Private sector Healthcare providers. The contracts held by TMR require that we provide medical engineers, test equipment and spare parts to facilitate the repair and maintenance of a wide range of medical equipment.

As Office Administrator you will initially be required to handle incoming enquires to the Kimbolton Office, liaise with customers and employees and managers of The Medical Room (CES) Ltd.

You will be responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. This includes the organising of people, information and other resources. You must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

Initially you will carry out most of the tasks yourself, but as the company grows you will be responsible, along with the directors for recruiting staff into the company, who in turn you will supervise and develop into an effective administration team.

You should have a confident telephone manner, be highly organised and have solid experience of Microsoft Office.

Salary £20-22k neg. based on experience
