Medical Auditor - Band 4 - Northamptonshire

Our Client requires a number of entry level medical engineers to provide additional support in a leading General NHS Hospital in the South Midlands.

The Trust is currently updating its medical devices asset database and needs to collate an acccurate assessment of its medical devices inventory.

You will be working alongside existing members of the medical engineering team and systematically surveying all working areas of the hospital, identifying patient connected medical devices, recording their essential details in order to create an accurate and updated record of their medical devices asset database.  The exercise is anticipated to take approximaetly one month during which time you will have surveyed the main hospital site and a number of smaller ancillary locations.

This is going to be a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified graduate in medical engineering or electronics who is actively seeking to start a career in the medical engineering world.  There is not going to be a better role in which you will see first hand the complete range of medical devices that an engineer will encounter in their career

The role will require a person who can show intitaitve and speed. You will also need to combine these skills with accuracy and IT skills in using excel or simple databases.   You will need to be a good confident communicator as you are going to be encountering many different people of all levels who work within the Trust.
