Field Service Engineer - East Midlands

Working for a large medical device OEM, you will be responsible for the on-site maitenance and service support for a wide range of medical and diagnostic equipment at customer sites in the healthcare sector across the East Midlands.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working as a field engineer with either medical or diagnostic devices. This could be in any clinical environment eg. a hospital or laboratory.


  • Work closely with the service support desk to carry out service support and maintenance, and also installations, on equipment as detailed above..
  • Maintain good communications with customers and teams.
  • Maintain all test equipment, tools and company property in good and working order
  • Work in an efficient and friendly manner, with an awareness of areas where service can be improved.

In return our client will support the engineer with ongoing product training and seminars both externally and in-house, in the UK and abroad where necessary.

Ideally you will have previous field service experience working with medical and diagnostic equipment.

Qualifications: HNC/HND in an Electronics, Engineering or Bio-Engineering, Physics or Chemistry. Good IT skills
Essential: Full UK driving license
Salary: C £35k + vehicle and excellent company benefits
