Meet the team from The Medical Room

Mike Green, Director

Mike provides our Clients and Candidates with nearly thirty years of recruitment experience.  In this time he has been successful in delivering all levels of recruitment:

Executive Level

Originally trained by a national engineering specialist Mike has had a successful career working for a number of large and small recruitment organisations.  During this time he has delivered successful recruitment solutions at both local and international level, in a addition to managing multifunctional recruitment teams.

In the year 2000 Mike joined a major electronics recruitment company quickly going on to launch a dedicated Medical Engineering Division.

In July 2007 Mike launched The Medical Room to deliver the solutions the industry requires.

Jane Dove, Associate Director

Jane Dove has been involved in engineering recruitment since early 1989.

After working for a large national recruitment company and as a director of a specialist consultancy, Jane opened her own company in 2005. Having known and worked with Mike Green for many years she helped support the opening of The Medical Room in 2007 and continues to work alongside Mike as Associate Director in delivering recruitment expertise to the Medical Room’s clients, contactors and candidates.

Jane is also training to become an Occupational/Organisational Health Psychologist in order to offer further services that will benefit The Medical Room’s clients.

Dani Forster - Joint Director and CEO of The Medical Room Australia

Dani joined our team when we launched The Medical Room Australia. With thirteen years experience as a Biomedical Engineer and six years experience as a Biomedical Engineering Manager, Dani understands the recruitment and training needs of both these specialities.

Dani chose to specialise in Biomedical Engineering after graduating from Melbourne University with Bachelor degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Whilst training in Melbourne she received both the National Siemens Prize for Innovation for an alarm for the Bubble CPAP Neonatal respiration system and the Victoria Fellowship for research involving the algorithms used in hearing aids.

Dani has recently returned to Australia from 10 years in the UK where she practiced as a Biomedical Engineer and went on to manage the medical equipment maintenance and repair services at Kings College Hospital in London for the last six years.
